2.Equipment function and electrical configuration

*It can automatically separate the sludge in the oil and automatically remove and discharge the sludge without manual cleaning and there ’s no consumables .

*It adopts frequency conversion design and the rotating speed can be adjusted freely to change the centrifugal force G .

*Electrical appliances: The control panel is Siemens full touch LCD panel, Schneider Electric brand, Siemens PLC programming is adopted, and the pneumatic components are mainly Japanese SMC.

*It can quickly separate impurities in oil or water and discharge slag automatically

*Filtering time and automatic slag removal time can be set by yourselves;

*Working temperature: 20-100 ℃;

*Filtering accuracy: The equipment can remove impurities of 3 microns and above (non absolute value);

*Slag discharge mode: automatic slag discharge, and slag discharge time can be set freely;

3.Brief description of equipment workflow:

The first step: The grinding liquid containing ceramic powder and impurities flowing out of the grinder is sent to the filtration system through the diaphragm pump for solid-liquid separation .

The second step:The filtered grinding liquid returns to the use tank .In this way ,cycle filtration is carried out back and forth .
